    Pm to sign deal on military cooperation with russia

    Hello Friend,
    With an aim to extend their military and technical cooperation till 2020, India and Russia will sign an inter-governmental agreement during Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's visit to Moscow this December.
    Do you think this is a sign of our changing foreign policy ?

    You have posted a nice information.

    Yes, it is the sign of changing India's foreign policy. India wants to strength her militry power due to changing conditions in her surrounding countries(specially China and Pakistan).

    India wants to go ahead from China in respect to power and can be able to give good reaction on China's action.

    India also wants to give complete answer to Pakistan on J&K issue.
