No, you must submit the different articles which belongs about Bangalore. You must not submit the same article posted in the ISC. Try to use different article so that only Mybengaluru site will get traffic. So avoid posting the same article.

You have to write it by your own in different words. The copyright issue of these two sites are different and these two sites are related directly to each other.

You have to submit different things to this site. You must not submit same the same things as you post in ISC.
Because this can cause violation of copyright materials as these sites are revenue sharing type of sites.

Hi Ashis,
As mentioned above by other members, you need to post the article in self written in MyBengaluru.com.
If you post the article as it is from ISC to MBR and then ISC or some other person may raise an copyright issue. To avoid such conflict post the article again, but add something more to it and self written one.
