It is mentioned that cash credits are there for Resources, but I did not get anything for my first Resource. Please clarify.

I think at present cash credit is being awarded in particular post only. I mean if you write good resourse and it is awarded with 5 Rs. (Say) and it is not reflected in earning then don't worry because this program is in progress and it will be active soon. Please wait for further response from webmasters regarding this.
