The results of the II PUC are out and results are not as good as expected. The total results was only 48.9% Pass. With Girls again leading the pack of results and boys this time have recovered some percentage to decrease the difference.
However, the PUC results are that good with only 48.93% students in comparison with 49.27% in 2010. We have not touched the half way mark also.
Let see some statistics:
Around 6,21,238 student had appeared for the PU exams held in March. The number for first time appearance was 4,47,589 of which 2,66,047 passed 59.44%.
1,36,464 secured first class A.
This top Scores are: Science stream 590, In Commerce Top score 592, in arts - 872 and 372 student got 100% in Maths.
Udupi was once again top of the list with the number of pass percentage across the state. However, Bangalore North and South stood at 8th and 9th position.
