    Getting this error in business section while adding photo's

    I an getting this error while adding photo in the day care section in BD section . I have successfully Added one photo but after that it is showing error. Please check it.

    String or binary data would be truncated.
    Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'EntityId', table 'MyBengaluru.dbo.MemberPoints'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
    The statement has been terminated.
    The statement has been terminated.

    Error information has been sent to the MyBengaluru team.
