The political scenario in Karnataka has plunged into a rather disturbing low level, with the CM and Opposing leader taking turns in bringing the dignity of their positions to a new level down. It has reached level zero but I am sure they will astonish us with their cheap actions. Opposing party catches CM in a lands cam and in retaliation Ruling party publishes opposition party leader property details.
The much talked Swearing ceremony @ Dharmasthala was a disgrace. The only set of people who might have been happy is the vendors around this holy city. Earlier it was political acts of these chiefs but now it has turning into personal vendetta, marking each other and remarking on each other's actions. The HD family has been ruling for a long time with more corruption and acquisitions of public property, since the internal feud began it has given the Ex-Opposition an opportunity to change sides.
Ever since BJP has switched sides there has been accusation, blame games, charges and horse trading, etc, etc. Knowing little about the State politics and not being a kannada statesman, if I can feel so frustrated with the current affairs, I sympathize / empathize for the people of Karnataka.
Politics is a school which teaches how to loot public money, according to your standard /grade. Like in vikramaditya stories if someone does a false swearing, his head will be broken into pieces, I wonder how many politicians will swear........
