Review Ryan International school was initially known as the Xavier's chain of institutes. It was first established in Mumbai. Later the Xavier name was changed to Ryan International school.
Ryan International school has many branches, in almost all the metro cities in India. It established its name outside India also, like in Singapore and Malaysia. The main advantage is for those students whose parents are on continuous job change. In such cases the students can apply for transfer certificate to the other branch of Ryan (through proper channel and the transfer is subjected to the availability of seats in that particular Ryan branch)
In Bangalore, taking into the consideration of the two main segments that is the IT hub and Electronic city, Ryan has two branches. One in Marathalli for the IT people and one in Bannerghatta for the electronic city people.
The general curriculum in Ryan is ICSE syllabus . Recently it has introduced IGCSE syllabus also. The IGSCE syllabus can be opted from the 8th standard. The teachers recruited for the IGSCE syllabus receive special in house training and are then appointed for the syllabus.
The fees compared to other school are very nominal in spite of the vast facility the school provides. The school books and school uniform is provided inside the campus itself. It has a very huge and good network of school busses, for picking up the students from the respective areas. The school has a good canteen facility.
It has a nice playground. The school is equipped with a swimming pool. After school hours it offers its students to pursue extracurricular activities like badminton, cricket, swimming etc. In summer holidays it hosts summer camps for the students and outsiders too.
Another advantage is that the nearby Marathalli branch school, one has ample opportunity to go for rented house. You have apartments just next to the school. Also there is a big multi facilitated mall nearby.
The school timings are structured in a way so as to meet the needs of the students. Kinder garden school timings: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. Middle school timings: 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Secondary school timings: 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
In short the school offers fairly good overall service in all the areas like academics, teachers, extracurricular activities etc.
